Lazy Mama Rental House is a rental house.
For contracts of one to six months, rent is paid in the following ways.
- Deposit: 50% of the rent (on the day of reservation)
- Balance: 50% of the rent (30 days prior to move-in)
- Deposit: 500,000 KRW (30 days prior to move-in)
For contracts of 6 months or longer, rent is paid in the following manner.
- Deposit: 10% of the rent (on the day of reservation)
- Intermediate Payment: 30% of the rent (30 days prior to move-in)
- Balance: 60% of rent (one day before move-in) Security Deposit: one day before move-in)
A cash receipt for the rental fee will be issued on the day of deposit. If you require a cash receipt with a phone number or business registration number different from the reservation holder, please be sure to send a text message immediately after making the deposit.

Due to the nature of monthly rentals, reservations and plans are often made several months in advance, so sudden cancellations cause significant operational difficulties. Therefore, please be sure to check the cancellation penalty regulations carefully before making a reservation, as they differ from those of standard accommodations.

The penalty clause is as follows.

Based on move-in date
- Cancellation 100 days or more in advance: No penalty (100% refund of payments already made)
- Cancellation 99–31 days in advance: 25% of the total rent
- Cancellation 30 to 10 days in advance: 70% of the total rent
- Day 9 – Day of Move-in: 100% of total rent

The refund will be processed after deducting the penalty fee based on the above criteria from the amount already paid, and the deposit will be refunded in full.
